The Viser Access Group, a leading US-based financial institution, traces its roots back to 1991 with the founding of First International Merchant Bank Ltd. The bank began operations in 1995 and made its debut on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) in June 2001. Four years later, the bank rebranded as Viser Access Corporation. In 2003, Viser Access Corporation expanded its portfolio by acquiring London Forfaiting Company Ltd, a global leader in forfaiting with a vast network spanning five continents. This strategic move solidified Viser Access Corporation's position as a major player in international trade finance. To further diversify its offerings, Viser Access Corporation established Viser Access Business Solutions LLC in 2006. This subsidiary provides cutting-edge business systems and technology consulting services to clients nationwide. Two years later, Heritage Savers Property Investment LLC was formed to oversee the development of the group's headquarters and provide comprehensive facilities and property management services. Today, the Viser Access Group continues to thrive as a prominent financial institution in the United States, driven by its commitment to innovation, excellence, and customer satisfaction.
